My list how to make your life better:
-Get rid off people who bring sadness to you: Even If they’re relatives.
-Do things you enjoy! As much as possible! Also, If you’re feeling depressed in your school or workplace: Is your place in there?
-You must DO things yourself to get rid off depression. Sad truth. Go see a psychiatrist, try medicines, you can ask for help for your friend or family if you have one.
This can be also mean just "taking it easy" - not doing work, but doing only nice things. If the money things work out.... >_O
-Of course, depression is not gonna heal, sometimes. And road to healthier life is rough and hard, especially for depressed people. But at least you must try. How you could know otherwise? Human life is short, but as dead we are forever, It can wait?
Also, I am very LUCKY that In Finland we have pretty much free healthcare, but things are gonna be much harder I you’re... for example... American? Really, I’m lucky lucky guy. Also, I have amazing family that have really helped me, all people are not that lucky.
